Floor plan design and Historic detailing

01 - You fill out the project intake form

Tell me about your project and send me everything you have. Existing drawings, inspiration images, measurements, HOA documents - whatever you've got.

02 - I review everything before we speak

I come to our first call already familiar with your project. That time is yours.

03 - We get on a call

This is where I ask a lot of questions and listen even more carefully. I'm reading between the lines as much as I'm listening to what you're saying.

04 - I go away and design

I come back with three options - different approaches to solving your design.

05 - Video presentation walkthrough

Before you open the files I send you a pre-recorded video presentation where I walk you through every design decision I made and why. After you’ve reviewed the video presentation the files for the design options will be shared with you.

06 - We meet one more time

You've seen the options, you've heard my thinking. Now we talk through your reactions and figure out what's working.

07 - Final recommendation delivered

The Goldilocks version - a mash-up of what you actually want. Clean digital deliverables ready to hand to your contractor or engineer.

Anything beyond this process is billed at $200/hr.
